- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 3 months of employment). All fees and classes will be covered by agent.
- Must be available to work the following schedule:
- Associate's degree or higher preferred

Compensation: $17.50 - $32.00 per hour
